Food has always been my passion—it’s how I connect with people, celebrate culture, and express creativity. After earning my Science degree from Jackson State University, I realized my true calling was in the kitchen. I started working in restaurants, learning the ins and outs of the culinary world, which led me to launch my own catering business, Irons Cuisines.
With over 15 years of experience, I’ve built a brand that’s all about bold flavors, exceptional hospitality, and dishes that leave a lasting impression. Specializing in Southern and Mediterranean-inspired cuisine, I cater everything from corporate events to intimate dinners, brunches, and beyond.
Along the way, I’ve had some incredible opportunities—including competing on Hell’s Kitchen, which pushed my skills and creativity to the next level. But no matter where my journey takes me, my goal remains the same: to create unforgettable dining experiences that bring people together.
