Meet Chef Melissa
Chef Melissa Irons is a prime example of a professional woman who decided to follow her passion for cooking. With a degree in Science from Jackson State University, she always knew she wanted to be in the kitchen. While conducting research with JSU and hosting social gatherings for friends, she decided to start working part time at a local restaurant. It was there she gained the knowledge & experience in both front and back of the house management, which then instilled the courage to start her own catering services, Irons Cuisines.
Over 15 years of culinary experience, Chef Melissa has proven hospitality is her passion and is determined to make a trademark brand which delivers a taste of love and passion in every bite. Over the years, she has shared her time and talent with people on the basics of preparing meals that are artful and satisfying with the intent of giving clients more reasons to aspire towards a more fulfilling and healthier lifestyle.
